➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit, except for the owner’s locked closet. The driveway is shared with other occupants. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Free shared driveway parking is available with up to 2 spots.



➤ Street parking is permitted unless there’s snow.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a quiet residential area of Flagstaff, offering a peaceful mountain-town feel while still being close to everything the city has to offer. You’ll be just minutes from Downtown Flagstaff, where you can explore local restaurants, breweries, cafés, and shops. Northern Arizona University (NAU) is nearby, as well as grocery stores, parks, and daily conveniences.



Outdoor lovers will appreciate the easy access to hiking and biking trails, national forests, and scenic viewpoints. In the winter, Arizona Snowbowl is a short drive away for skiing and snowboarding. This location also makes a great base for day trips to Sedona, Walnut Canyon, Sunset Crater, Wupatki National Monument, and the Grand Canyon.



Getting Around:

Car / Rental Car – The most convenient way to explore Flagstaff, downtown, NAU, Snowbowl, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon.



Ride-Sharing (Uber & Lyft) – Readily available in the area for quick trips around town and to downtown Flagstaff.



Public Transit (Mountain Line Bus) – Local bus routes serve major areas of Flagstaff, including downtown, shopping centers, and NAU.



Biking – Flagstaff is bike-friendly with dedicated bike lanes and nearby trails for both commuting and recreation.



Walking – The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, ideal for short strolls and enjoying the surrounding area.



Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
