The area offers excellent outdoor activities, such as hiking at Cova des Migdia and Puig de Balitx, just 10 minutes (1.5 km) by car or accessible by public transport. Puerto de Sóller also has numerous cycling routes winding through stunning mountain and coastal scenery. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 37-minute (35.7 km) drive from the house.
