This home offers great amenities such as an enclosed yard, cable TV, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Relax on the back patio, overlooking the golf course with your favorite beverage.

Try your luck at the Spotlight 29 Casino and Fantasy Springs Casino, or enjoy a night on the town with restaurants, nightlife, and shopping only a short drive away. This house has a convenient location about two miles from the Empire Polo Club and fairgrounds, home of the famous Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals. Host communication was bad. Checkin instructions were never received. We had to call the management company and get the key code. The house was located in a gated golf community. You had to go through the guest guard gate to enter, host never put our names on the guest list, even after I called them. The guards were very understanding and finally just gave us a guest pass. We did have an issue with ants in the master bedroom. Ping pong table was broken. The one plus was the grapefruit tree in the back yard. Would not stay here again.

Pet friendly golf getaway

Easy check in, large fenced in yard for our dogs. Clean, comfortable house. We would definitely rent here again.

The Perfect Spot

We have rented numerous places in Indio over past few years but this one was one of the better ones. Great location to tennis and just the right amenities for what we needed.

Golf Course Stay in Indio

It was pleasant and in a good location, particularly since we were visiting the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. Lots of restaurants and other service facilities nearby. Nice view. Good assortment of basic staples for laundry, kitchen, bathroom. Maybe not anything spectacular, but nice view, pleasant home, and good service from Vacasa.

Dog and kid friendly

We found this house to be both dog and kid friendly. Only complaint is that there was a considerable ant problem in the kitchen. The property manager responded quickly when notified.

Awesome House

This place was amazing! It was clean and very open space. Loved the tile with dogs. Dud have trouble with thermostat setting automatically going too low and security system constantly beeping and no one returned my call about these. But overall awesomehouse, quiet neighborhood too

Stayed for Coachella, no complaints!

Loved our stay, The rooms/living room area are much bigger than we thought, pictures do not do it justice. We came for Coachella and the backyard had nice photo ops as well. One thing to note if you plan to stay for Coachella/other festivals is that during our stay, the MAIN entrance we could use was closed off after the festival as they closed off that whole street. You will have to drive around to Jackson to get it in if that happens to you as well. We were right by a Walmart which was convenient as well.

Family friendly

Great set up for a quick trip. Great backyard. Loved the gas fire table! The ping pong table is warped, so the kids were a little disappointed with that. The smoke detector in hallway would randomly go off - very loud and unpredictable - but would shut off after about a minute. Totally random! Maybe check the batteries?

Poor Condition

Probably the poorest property that we've rented over the years. Some new appliances and paint but nothing else. Suspect wiring in garage that wouldn't pass code inspect. Had to clean the toilet on arrival. Some towels coming apart. Some marks on tiles in living area wouldn't wash off. VACASA apparently doesn't monitor or inspect properties that they "manage" . There are many other properties and management companies to choose from I suggest that you find something else.

Lovely home in very convenient location

I traveled with a group of friends to see the BNP Tournament in Indian Wells. The home is larger and better in person than the photos capture. It seems to be very newly renovated and decorated. We had almost everything we needed and the property management team was superb with communication and assistance when one of us left something behind. The main things that keep me from rating it 5 stars: the smart TVs weren't very smart and we couldn't login to watch Netflix or Amazon, so we were stuck watching one of the 10 sports channels available (none of which were tennis :\); second ding - although located in a nice gated community with a golf course and tennis courts, it's apparently not part of the amenity program and we were not allowed to reserve courts. Since that was one of the criteria and activities we really were looking forward to, this was a bit of a bummer. We used shoddy public courts one day and waited for an hour at another better court the next. I hope they can figure out how to participate on-site. All that aside, the home is very comfortable and worth booking.

Property in poor shape

Frayed towels, floor not properly cleaned, suspect wiring in garage among some of the faults that need correcting. We have rented for years in the Palm Desert area and this was the poorest property we've seen. Other than a coat of paint and a couple of new appliances this property is very out-dated. Tile floor is old, not properly cleaned and was very poorly installed. There is three reasons people go to the Palm Desert area obviously the weather which was great is one. Then there is Tennis and Golf which was also fun. But when you get home you still want the entertainment of watching the Tennis channel or the Golf channel. Not here just the basic cable no tennis no golf. Lots of other things to talk about none really good. You may want to look elsewhere.

Comfortable - Good location

We came out to visit family and brought 3 dogs with us and we needed someplace with a fenced yard to accommodate us. We didn't get in town until late but first impressions were that it was clean, cozy, and quiet. The house is simplistic, nothing fancy, a bit dated with most of the lights needing to be manually turned on - no wall light switches. It has all tile floors, which I am sure is great for easy cleanup, but a rug in the living room for comfort would be a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, and appliances (toaster oven, air fryer) but it only had an 8 cup standard small brew coffee maker where most have Keurig brewers these days. We only used the Master Bedroom and it was very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely remodeled with a walk-in shower. Plenty of closet space if you were staying for a while and the bed and pillows felt nice. We did have a few issues while there, the cleaning team inadvertently locked the guest bathroom door and closed it so we couldn't access it until late afternoon on the second day when we were expecting guests. We called to report the issue early that morning but never heard anything from the maintenance team so I called again that afternoon and they weren't going to be there until 3. By then my husband had managed to get it open so I called and canceled. The second issue was the vent hood above the microwave, it fell off when I opened the microwave to use it. It was evident that this had happened before because there was tape on it that was no longer holding it in place. Getting to the house, because it's in a gated community, was difficult at times because the only way to get in was through the front gate - no transponder or gate clicker access. At times there was a long line to get in the gate and then you drive through the community to access the house. There is a gate literally less than a city block from the house, but only residents with transponders can use it. Your GPS WILL take you to that gate but you need to enter at the main gate off Monroe St. which wasn't initially explained. Thankfully, I lived in the area and knew where it was. Finally, as I mentioned, we had 3 dogs with us and we are diligent about cleaning up after our dogs in the yard. It was evident that whoever had stayed there previously, were not and neither were the cleaning or maintenance people because there were several "remnants" in the yard that didn't belong to my dogs. I made sure to pick up all messes and leave it better than I found it. All in all, I would 100% recommend this location and stay here again. It was relaxing, conveniently located for our needs, and we enjoyed our stay.
