This was an ideal condo. My favorite thing was simply to sit on the balcony and look at the ocean. The sunsets were unforgettable. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We cooked many meals in the well appointed kitchen and then enjoyed them at the large dining room table also overlooking the Pacific. I could seriously more in permanently! I really appreciate being able to stay in this great spot for 2 weeks while vacationing in the adorable town of San Clemente and its beaches.

Fabulous setting for a family get-away at the beach. We were able to walk down to the shore for splashing in the waves or building sand castles. We were also able to take a free trolly from Calafia Beach Park to the San Clemente Pier and beyond.The house was very clean and adequately equipped. Underground assigned parking and a nice pool and hot tub. Views, especially sunsets, were very visible from the unit. A keeper.

This is the third year we have stayed in this fabulous condo.The pool, jacuzzi, underground parking is so nice.There is everything you might need as far as kitchen utensils! It even has a salad spinner!

Girls trip 2025

Incredible view! Enjoyed mornings watching the dolphins and hearing the sea lions squawking on the rock. Heated Pool was ideally located. Bldg and grounds well cared for. Christy and Jody were easy to work with. So much to do in the area. We really enjoyed our girls trip!

Great location, San Clemente

Awesome location overlooking Pacific Ocean and Calafia park. Easy access to beach. Off street garage parking. Unit is a little dated except for bathrooms/kitchen. Overall nice quiet place in a cool town.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect location to enjoy the beautiful California coast! Walking path and park right there. Plenty of room. Had everything we needed for a relaxing week and included underground parking which is a huge plus in this area

San Clemente Condo

Nice place, lots of cooking pana, spices, pantry, games, puzzles, beach stuff. We were unfortunate in that the sun appeared for only a few hours one day, otherwise the coast was foggy for 7 days straight. The beds are kind of hard. The furniture w as low to the floor and difficult get get out of for an older person. San Clemente is a nice place. This is a nice place for a family r fmily gathering.

Please replace sliding patio door!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. There are six of us so the 3 bedroom 2 bath is perfect. We love having both the beach and the heated pool! The underground parking is wonderful because there is seldom street parking at the beach. We were disappointed that the sliding patio door is almost impossible to open. The screen door also had holes in It leaving openings for bugs. We were battling ants almost every day of our trip. The property manager did say the exterior of the property is sprayed monthly. We highly recommend that the patio door be replaced. It honestly took two people to open the door! Salt water and corrosion has taken a toll on this door. We noticed several owners have recently replaced their doors. The door was not like this two years ago when we stayed there.

Girls gathering

Five of us stayed in this three bed, two bath home. The deck and views are the best. The living, dining, kitchen area was spacious and comfortable. Loved having two parking spots, underground and secure.

Great oceanfront condo.

A great ocean view condo. Stocked with everything needed to make it a home away from home. Open the windows and enjoy a refreshing ocean breeze and listen to the breaking waves!

Beautiful & Close to Beach

Amazing views of the Pacific from the kitchen and living room. The patio was great and also had a beautiful view, great for watching the sunset. The place was stocked with everything we needed and a few things we didn’t realize we needed, but did. 10 outta 10 recommend, just not for the week I’ll want it next year. ;)

Family Vacation

This is our second time renting this condo and we plan on doing so again in the future. It is a great location with a short walk to the beach. Nicely stocked in the kitchen and with beach items. We fully enjoyed the patio and the park right outside the condo. The property manager is responsive and helped us as needed. We can’t wait to return.

A perfect fit

This property was great for our family vacation. Listening to the waves through the windows was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed! Beach supplies made our trips down to the water full of fun. Property manager was very attentive and helpful. Definitely want to return next year

Beautiful Views and Easy access to beach

The manager is great, the access to the beach and trail to pier is handy, parking is secure and views are spectacular. The beds and living room furniture have seen better days. The beds are very soft from wear. There is everything you could possibly need for the beach and to make your own meals.

Great location

This was the perfect spot to stay and not have to deal with the LA traffic. We drove up and visited the LA sites a couple of days and it was so nice to come back to the peacefulness of the condo. Having underground parking was a win since street parking was hard to come by. My family enjoyed the easy walk to the pier and we wrapped up our week with a fire at sunset on the beach. We were so sad to leave.

Million Dollar Ocean View

There were 4 adults and two boys ages 12 and 15. The condo was very comfortable for all of us. We loved the underground parking and the walk to the beach. The property was close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely rent this condo again!

San Clemente Gem!

Thank you to the Naud Family for a wonderful stay in their SC home. The unit was perfect for family to visit, and we shared homemade meals at the large dining table. We travelled from Loveland CO and relished the ocean views every day. Calafia State Beach is a very short walk away and the unit was equipped for all beach activities. The pool was also a quiet getaway too. Property Mgr Jody was also great to work with. Thank you again for opening your home we truly enjoyed our stay!

Retreat in San Clemente

This is the second time we've rented this property in San Clemente and plan on renting again next year. The space is comfortable and well equipped. We love the ocean view and breezes and proximity to the beach. Can't recommend this condo enough!

AMAZING view and location!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It was the perfect place to be half way between all the places we visited in So. Cal. I just loved sitting on the patio and watching the waves, and to open my window and let the sound of the waves lull me to sleep! The condo had everything we needed to make breakfast before setting out to explore. We really loved the place. Thank you again!!
