Lounge in the lap of luxury at this exceptional 3BR/2BA Indian Wells home. Sprawl out between two living rooms and cook meals in the gourmet kitchen.

Soak up the California sun while lounging by the custom rock-sculpture pool with waterfall, or sink into the hot tub in the evening to enjoy the starry sky. The private backyard features a full outdoor living space with a fireplace and firepit. Cheer for your favorite sports team on the flat-screen TV, while dinner sizzles on the grill in the outdoor kitchen.

Situated near the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, you can also catch the shuttle to the Coachella music events, minutes down the road.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

The open-concept home features high ceilings and tile floors throughout the common areas. Ample natural light makes the whole space bright and inviting.

Stretch out on a sectional and recliners in the living room and watch a movie on the 55in TV. The second living area has a sleeper sofa, window seats, desk, and a gas fireplace.

Prepare meals in the fully-loaded kitchen with granite countertops and sleek cabinets. Modern appliances include a French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas range.

Gather around the six-person dining table for meals, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar.

The extraordinary outdoor space features mountain views and a patio with sitting area, 40in TV, gas fireplace, full-size pool table, and outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Take a dip in the resort-like pool complete with waterfall, or unwind in the hot tub or beside the firepit.

The master bedroom has a king bed facing a gas fireplace and 50in TV. The en-suite has a double vanity, a walk-in shower with three showerheads, and a large soaking tub. The back patio can be accessed via the master bedroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 40in TV. The third has a king bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Enjoyed our stay in Indian Wells. Glen was helpful coordinating our arrival. The house was amazing....well stocked and with in ipad that controls everything from the blinds to the pool. Would absolutely stay again when we return.

Great location - Great house!

We were vacationing with our 3 boys and the house worked great. Just like the photos. Loved the outdoor spaces - plenty of room in the sun as well as the shade. Cool enough one night to need the outdoor fireplace. Would stay here again!

Spectacular and relaxing yard

This property was everything that we had hoped for. The pictures on the site were exactly what we found when we arrived. Glenn was a great host answered any questions we had promptly and was very accommodating to our wishes. We are already looking at planning a trip back to enjoy the fire places in the winter. Would recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy a quite relaxing vacation. Close enough to fine restaurants but away from the congestion.

Wonderful house and great location

A group of us girls stayed at this house for the tennis tournament. Our first impression when entering the house was how spacious and beautiful the house was. We all felt very comfortable immediately. The backyard is a true oasis! We enjoyed waking up and taking in the gorgeous mountain views while sipping our coffee outside. Everyone commented that they would stay there again! Thanks for sharing your house with us!!

Awesome

The amenities and home are awesome! Every last detail of this home is luxury, do not pass on a chance to stay here. The pool, jacuzzi and dual fireplaces are so awesome. We rented and this home far exceeded our expectations. The master bedroom has a bed that massages your head and feet and electronic blinds throughout the house. We are planning to stay again for a much longer period. I rarely write reviews this place was really a fun place to stay.

Great Golf Getaway

We stayed here for a guys golf weekend. The location of the home itself was perfect based on courses we played and is close to several grocery stores. The house was great and was appointed with everything we needed. Outdoor pool, TV, and Grill were perfect! Along with how great this house is, we were impressed that all of the light switches were labeled so we didn’t have to figure any of that out. It was very convenient. The iPad that controls much of the house itself was super simple to navigate as well. We will definitely return to this house in the future.

Overall nice property but some construction noise from a new home being built to the east, but that should end soon. Some of the sink drains need to be snaked to drain better.
