It's a great example of the wonderful indoor-outdoor living that makes Palm Springs such a popular year-round resort and vacation destination. In the vintage style living room, you'll find fabulous mid-century furnishings with walls of glass looking outside to the pool area. With an open floor plan, it's easy to enjoy dining and entertaining with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a center island that's great for prepping snacks and meals. This Palm Springs vacation rental offers a private and spacious backyard with a sparkling pool so you and your guests can catch some sun on a lounge chair by the pool or float around on the provided high-quality pool floats. There's a sofa/dining area under the extended patio cover that's great for dinner with friends or gather up and enjoy a cocktail while lounging on the outside patio furniture each afternoon!

WHAT'S NEARBY
The desert charm of Palm Springs will be just around the corner, as this home sits in a quiet neighborhood less than two miles from the downtown core. Meander along Palm Canyon Drive and you will find delicious restaurants, great fashion boutiques, and various museums and art galleries! When you want a bit of adventure, the trails in the area and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway will both offer breathtaking views of the valley and desert landscape. A day trip to Joshua Tree National Park is always a good idea as well and sits just 35 miles from home base.

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.

Perfect PS stay

The location is excellent, so close to town and amenities. The house is charming, well laid out and decorated in a cute and stylish way. It's so well appointed, it had everything we could have asked for! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family of five. Lots of fun in the pool with a great covered outdoor area to cool off when you've spent too much time in the sun. We will be back!

The house was great. Nice patio and yard and very clean. It looks cute in the photos but it’s even better in person. We didn’t have any issues. Check in was super easy!

Quintessential Mid-Century experience in Palm Springs

This is my third time came to this house for my Palm Springs vacation. It’s so ideal in many ways: it combines the Mid-Century aesthetics with the convenience of modern amenities to have made my stay extremely enjoyable each time. We didn’t usually need a rental car for most of days because its location is perfect. It’s in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood with convenient access to stores and bus lines. The pleasant stroll to downtown Palm Springs was my daily ritual with lots of fun shops, bars, restaurants and cafes in between to take a break or to visit. I’ve come with adults only, and adults with a baby on separate occasions. The house served all of our needs perfectly. Will definitely come to stay in this house every time I visit Palm Springs.

A C+ Home

The location is great if you like to be near downtown and the airport however this house needs some TLC. For starters, the pool and deck are old and not looking so great. The patio area is ok but lacks a little ambience - a few potted plants or colorful cushions. The table cloth is ratty and ugly so sitting outside was not exactly "pretty." They need more small bowls. The hand soap was so runny like water, it's like someone filled it with water to stretch it out....there were many little things that contributed to us feeling like this was a C+ stay. On the bright side, it's quiet and the beds are comfortable.

loved the area where located but there are other homes available. did not like the fact that every day people showed up to do some kind of maintenance. was a bit disappointed that the pool had to texted to have it clean. would i go back, its a maybe but would try another place first. loved the BBQ set up.

Cute house, quiet location

Cute, simple house on a quiet cul de sac. Managed by a company, so be conscious of hard deadlines for check in and out. Pool heat is extra, purchase in advance if you're interested so pool is useable in winter (we didn't read closely enough to know this before it was too late). Otherwise, comfy beds, functional kitchen, great outdoor space.

House is beautiful, loved the tangerine tree.

Unfortunately 2 of our group of 5 ended up at hospital, broken hip and virus (not Covid). House was nice. The washing machine was broken, repair men came but wasn't able to fix it. Wednesday morning at 6 am gardeners came...😟. I enjoyed the pool, and loved design of the house.

The pool was full of leaves and dirt when we arrived. Throughout our stay, we had to clean the leaves multiple times a day, otherwise it would be like a swamp.

Perfect mid century modern

Three of us came to celebrate a low key birthday getaway with the girls. The house was perfect. Very quite and private. The house was complete with anything we needed. The pool was nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Awesome rental! It has the perfect location, is super clear, and captures the magic of staying downtown, Palm Springs. The only negative is that the dishwasher does not clean and the showers do not have proper doors. I Will for sure be booking here again.

Problematic lock

The lock to the property is difficult to open. It took 2 staff and an hour to help us get in under the sweltering summer heat. Previous guest also had the same problem. AC is old and machine is inside the living room area which makes loud noise and smell very dusty flaring up my allergy.

Fantastic Property just hate all the fees and rules

Overall, we had a wonderful time as a family at this property. However, we found an empty beer bottle by the pool and the floor was a tad dusty. Now, this wouldn't be an issue if we weren't be charged an exorbitant cleaning fee. Checking wasn't great, we accessed the property app and it provided us no details on where the property was. They also didn't provide us the door key till after we arrived and waited on the property for 30 minutes. From what I gathered, two property management companies were merging and were working through some kinks. My thought; just what we need, a larger corporation ruining more aspects of society. In the end, we would rent this property again as the family had a great time and that is all that matters.
