This was a great house. Amenities were great, nice location, house was super clean and had nice decor, bedding, kitchen necessities. The only thing that could be a little better is the kitchen table, it’s not comfortable to sit at.

The cleanliness was good with the exception there was a fake potted plant that you can see in the pictures to the right of the TV in the front room that was caked with crystallized dog urine onto the floor with dog urine on the floor the pool and hot tub were so dirty. I wrote the word high on the steps and send a picture of all of it to the host. The host did respond quickly on a holiday weekend offering to have her cleaning crew come out. I told her it was fine. I just didn't wanna be charged as I had pets in the home too. They did have the pool guy come back who spent three days there running pool equipment and cleaning it. What I'm waiting to see once they read the meter for electricity as if I get an additional charge considering the pool guy was running high voltage pumps cleaning the pool for three days and left the pool filtration system running for 12 hours a day. Neighborhood was very quiet overall was a good experience and the host was exceptionally responsive.

The property was lovely. When booking with Vrbo be warned that there’s sometimes their second party properties. This was one of them in Casago was not that easy to get a hold of. They were difficult to communicate with although in the end they did get back to me and everything was OK. It was just a little stressful in the beginning. Just be sure to check on Vrbo if there’s a second party, I had never experienced that before.

Loved the rental but there was a change of ownership / management and hosts were unreachable. I couldn’t access the full listing on the app and got no response from the host despite messaging and calling repeatedly. I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with VRBO the day before the reservation to confirm we’d be able to check in without issue. Customer Service was very professional but they couldn’t reach the host either. It was stressful and frustrating.

Owner of the property changed from when I originally booked approximately one week before trip and the result was not receiving a email from new owners about checking in, house rules, or confirmation (from new owner as team I originally booked with said that reservation would keep) ahead of landing in Phoenix. Landing at 3:30 I had to frantically call as I still did not have check-in information (which was at 4PM). I did receive an email with information from the agent I talked with so we were able to access home at 4. The actual check-in email finally came from the new owners at approximately 6:30 the night of check-in.After that everything went smooth as communication increased and all the listed amenities were present and seemed to be in good condition.
