Incredible location; across the street from the beach and a 5minute drive from anything you could want or need. Right outside downtown, very convenient and easy to find/park. Spacious lodging, very comfortable but still updated and luxurious. 10/10 will be back

It is a spacious, nicely decorated property. Our issue was the attention to upkeep in certain areas that may not be apparent to the owner without actually staying there. There were issues in both bedrooms with the window blinds being broken in an upright position and we had to sleep with them open, meaning light coming in and less sense of security. The bathroom fan in the master bath makes a horrible sound and is unusable. The kitchen sink faucet goes on and off, handle gets stuck, leaks a little, needs replacement. The balcony needs a good power washing, green from algae, railing is wobbly and needs securing. Had the owner reached out sooner I would have told him and not put it in a review.

Great location, well equipped unit. A quibble would be the beds were a bit uncomfortable but otherwise the unit had everything we needed for family vacation . Easy check in check out

A cozy place close to downtown

Had a wonderful time staying here with my friends. Everyone had enough space to relax. We walked downtown everyday to do some shopping, eat at local restaurants and enjoy some breweries. At night we stayed cozy by the fireplace chatting. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. A perfect place to rest and recharge before heading out to explore some more.

Conference weekend

Two adults stayed for conference at NMC Hagerty Center. Was super convenient to walk to conference across the street. Home was immaculate and extremely comfortable. No issues with check in, noise or parking. Traverse City was very nice and great downtown about a mile away. Used Lyft to get around town.

Property was clean and great location! Beds were uncomfortable and shower units in both bathrooms were extremely noisy like sand was not put under bases and could here every footstep through entire condo. Bathroom fan was not able to be of use sounded terrible. Garbage disposal also did not work. Overall it was a nice stay, condo was very clean and a great location.

Great location

We have stayed in different condos within this complex many times. Always dealing directly with the owners. Communication was easier and quicker. First time dealing with a management company and it wasn't as seamless. Rachel and Jordan were extremely nice and pleasant but since Bayshore manages many properties, the time frame to get back to us was much longer. Also, the arrival time was later and departure time was earlier it was a situation we were not used to. Also, just an fyi, the deadbolts to both balcony doors are hard to lock.
