DESCRIPTION:
Enjoy a king bed, a small private balcony, and a jacuzzi bathtub perfect for unwinding after a long day. The living room includes a projector for movie nights, and the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, a coffee maker, and essentials. Work in the desk nook with a standing desk, or at the desk space in the main bedroom. Bathrooms are stocked with essentials and fresh towels with extra bedding and toiletries are also provided.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full access to the condo except for two closets, which will remain locked during your stay. The second closet in the bedroom is open for guest use and provides ample storage space. There’s also a coat closet near the front entry for additional storage. Enjoy keyless smart-lock check-in, a gated parking spot, and private access through the front door.

A few things to keep in mind:
- This unit requires 3 flights of stairs to access.
- One free parking space is included in the gated area. Additional vehicles can use free street parking available on Chenevert and Hadley.
- Please be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours.
- A one-time pet fee applies per stay.
- There are two closets that are locked and not accessible to guests.
- I give guests plenty of privacy but am always available if you need assistance. I live locally and can help with anything from restaurant recommendations to getting around the city. You can reach me easily through vrbo app for quick responses throughout your stay.
