For your convenience, beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent directly at the beach club. Please note that these items are managed by the beach club and are not included among the amenities we provide with your stay.

Respect the Home
• Treat the home like it’s your own.
• Please leave shoes at the entry to avoid tracking sand inside.
• Be careful with luggage to avoid scratching walls.
• Do not move furniture.
• Use coasters for all drinks.
• If a spill or stain happens, wipe it right away.
• Use the drying lines in the upstairs bathrooms.
• Do not place wet towels or swimsuits on furniture, doors, or floors.
No Pets / No Smoking
• No pets of any kind due to allergies.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on the screened balcony. Fees apply if violated.
Noise + Gatherings
• No parties or large gatherings.
• Keep noise respectful, especially in the evenings.
Trash Day (HOA-Enforced)
• Trash bins may be placed at the curb no earlier than Tuesday afternoon.
• Bins must be returned to the garage by Wednesday end of day.
• Do not store bins behind the townhouse at any time.
• If bins are not returned by Wednesday end of day, the HOA may issue a $50 fine, which will be charged to the guest.
Weekly trash valet service: The crew will access the bin through the garage on Tuesdays, take it to the street, and return it on Wednesdays.
Towels (HOA-Enforced)
• Do not dry towels on the front railing or any patio railing.
• Towels must be dried indoors. Penalties may apply.
Golf Carts / Electric Vehicles (HOA-Enforced)
• Never drive or park golf carts on grass or sand.
• Golf carts must be parked inside the garage at all times.
• “Quick stops” in the driveway are limited to 15–30 minutes.
• The renter/owner must be present for golf cart delivery and pickup/return.
• Golf carts left in the driveway for longer than 30 minutes may result in a $50 HOA fine, charged to the guest.

If you plan to leave before the 10:00 AM checkout, please text us so we can notify our cleaners.
Note: HOA rules and fines are outside of our control. Guests are responsible for any HOA penalties incurred during the stay.
