Wonderful!

We stayed three nights and our whole stay was perfect. House is amazing and location was perfect. Adrianna works very hard to meet every need and make you feel comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning property!

The property was absolutely stunning and well kept. Everything was extremely clean. This location was perfect for a trip to Holywood. Lots of shopping and great restaurants that are walkable distance. Thank you Adriana for hosting a great trip! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property - excellent host!

I have stayed in many homes while traveling and this house in Hollywood is one of the nicest! Beautiful home, unique décor.....everything you can think of at your fingertips. The owner, Adriana, was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend and return to this property!!

Best rental EVER.

The best rental ever. More beautiful than photos. Adriana is an excellent host. Incredible well stocked kitchen. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable beds with excellent linens. The terraces are lovely and beautifully manicured. Can hardly wait to return.

This is an exceptionally well appointed and spacious home with a really nice patio on a quiet tree-lined street. You have total privacy and tranquility in the middle of LA, while still being close to shops and restaurants. We stayed for a month and could not have been happier or asked for more. It's a fabulous house! The home is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated with fascinating mementos gleaned from travels to seemingly every corner of the world. Honestly, the pictures on the website do not fully do it justice. Immediately off the kitchen is a large patio with rattan chairs and chaise lounges so you can enjoy a meal or read outdoors. The entire stone terrace is protected from sun by a retractable parasol. The backyard is nicely landscaped. We spent a lot of time outside and it was really quite pleasant. The kitchen is equipped with every imaginable culinary tool, cooking pot and electrical gadget. We cooked many meals and never wanted for anything. The bathrooms are very clean and the towels and linens are high quality.The owner was delightful and always available to attend to the most minor of needs. She also texted us in advance to let us know when the cleaning team or the gardener were coming to clean. Honestly, this is a 5 star plus and we will absolutely be back!

Perfect.

This home is lovelier than the photos. A home with good vibes! Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Private,quiet and relaxing backyard. Location is convenient to Melrose, Hollywood, great restaurants,yoga and shopping. Adriana is a fantastic host. She is there for all of your needs but also honors your privacy. No negatives to report. Hope to stay here again on return to LA.

Wow!

I rarely write reviews. However, this property is too special not to. The house is beautiful and the interior design is exceptional. However, the best part of the house is the back yard and the patio. We spent countless hours hanging out there, sipping our wine, and enjoying the weather. The backyard is really an oasis in the middle of Hollywood. The location is superb and we were close to everything. I highly recommend this property.

A lovely, enjoyable stay!

Our family of four rented this beautiful home for a week in April. The house is impeccably decorated, the yard was delightful, and the location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to a grocery store, and the drive to Universal Studios, Griffith Park, the zoo, and the Walk of Fame was less than 30 minutes. Paramount was only 5 minutes away. Disneyland, about an hour. We had no problems with parking or anything related to the home. Construction noise very early in the morning bothered us only once or twice, and the owner was very accessible and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. A 5 star stay!

City Oasis

Perfection. High praise for this elegantly designed home. A soothing space amid the Hollywood bustle. During our two-week stay, my family of four especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and fabulous outdoor space for lounging. As chic as depicted online. Adrianna is a generous host: there when you need her but otherwise inconspicuous. Can’t say enough good about both her and her fantastic home.

The house is stunning, just as pictured. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The location is very walking friendly; coffee shops, restaurants, brunch spots are all around the corner. The check in process is personal and informative. Adriana kept an open line of communication from the moment we booked which was very appreciated.

Everything was wonderful. Adriana was a great host, and made our stay quite enjoyable. Had a slight issue with the heat but she made sure it was repaired quickly; she was actually more concerned about it than we were! Wonderful retreat!

We had an amazing stay at this home. Its location is close to everything you want to do in LA, and it is so quiet that you feel you are in the middle of your private island. The host Adriana was wonderful and extremely discreet while living on the property in the other guesthouse. The backyard/oasis is gorgeous and the most relaxing place of the house. Oase mitten in LA

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Gegend und doch zentral gelegen. Gute Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen und auch die Geschäfte um die Melrose Ave. Rodeo Drive sind mit dem Auto in 15-20 Min, zu erreichen oder mit Uber für ca. 7-8 $. Adriana ist eine super netter Gastgeberin und hat sehr viele tolle Tipps parat. Unseren nächsten LA Aufenthalt werden wir bestimmt wieder dort verbringen. Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll entrichtet und es fehlt wirklich nichts. Wenn man in dem tollen Garten sitzt, glaubt man nicht, dass man mitten in LA ist.

An Oasis Indeed

We rented Adriana's lovely home over the Christmas holiday. She was very welcoming (there were lots of personal touches, such as our names on the doorbell in front of the house and a movie marquee in the backyard welcoming each of the people in our party), and has thoughtfully anticipated her guests' needs: fully stocked kitchen, spare toiletries, extra linens, cleaning products, etc. The star, however, is the house. It manages to be both beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The photos on the website don't do it justice; while they ably capture the individual spaces, they don't offer a full sense of the easy flow from space to space. That flow is perhaps the home's greatest asset; one can move fluidly from kitchen to back patio to crisp greensward lit by string lights. The master bedroom opens onto the the lawn as well. The surrounding neighborhood is dotted with classic old Hollywood homes, like this one, and there is a vast array of nearby shopping and restaurant possibilities. We loved our stay and cannot recommend Adriana's tasteful home highly enough.

Beautiful property and good location

We (two couples from Iceland) stayed in this beautiful house for 3 nights. Everything was perfect and clean in this property. It´s especially well equipmented - all we needed was there. This house is fabulous well designed with lot of beautiful things - unique decoration. The backyard deck area was superb and we honestly enjoyed very much staying there. Lovely Home

We truly enjoyed this home. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. We were within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Nothing was lacking and our host, Adriana, made us feel like family. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and quiet !

This is a tastefully decorated home that would help you relax and enjoy your vacation. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The backyard deck area was as beautiful & relaxing as the inside of the home. A large kitchen with everything you need. We only made breakfast one day but all the amenities were there had we been inclined to do more dining at home. The owner, Adriana was very responsive from the moment we booked the home. If you love a lot of natural light then you will have it in this home. So much room for a family of four to relax in. I definitely would recommend this home !!!
