Family-friendly vacation apartment with two bedrooms and private terrace

Our vacation rental is located on the first floor of a three-generation hillside home and has a living area of 100 m2. A shared staircase leads to your apartment, which has a separate entrance. The apartment was renovated at the end of 2020 and lovingly refurnished. Since this is a non-smoking apartment, we ask that you use the terrace for smoking. In front of the apartment entrance, there is a coat closet where you can store your outdoor shoes, jackets, etc. The spacious hallway leads to all other rooms, so there are no walk-through rooms. The modern, newly furnished kitchen is equipped with: a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a toaster, and an egg cooker, filter and pod coffee makers, a sparkling water maker, and dish towels and kitchen towels. The spacious living room, featuring a leather couch (2-seater and 3-seater) and an extendable dining table with 4 chairs, offers plenty of space for the whole family. The smart LCD TV creates a cozy atmosphere with its backlighting. A DAB+ radio with a CD player is also available. Children’s CDs, coloring books, crayons, and various games for all ages are provided and are welcome to be used. Access to a private terrace. The bedroom features a 1.40 m wide box-spring bed that sleeps up to 2 people. However, an extra bed (see photo) can be set up free of charge if needed. The pull-out table offers plenty of space for creative kids or as a workspace with a laptop. The comfortable armchair is perfect for relaxing or reading. The other spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a roomy closet. Upon request, we can also set up a travel crib for toddlers. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a separate shower, and a sink with a mirror cabinet. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are also available free of charge (please bring your own laundry detergent). A hair dryer, as well as hand and bath towels, are provided. A deposit of 100 EUR may be charged after booking. Please settle the remaining balance before your arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Keys will be handed over in person on site.
