Vacation Apartment 18-3 in the Papillon vacation complex is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to four people.

With 55 m² of space, this cozy two-room apartment offers plenty of room for a relaxing vacation for up to four people. Your cozy ground-floor apartment with a south-east-facing terrace features a bedroom, a living and dining area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Papillon vacation complex is approximately 250 m.

The terrace, surrounded by a hedge and partially covered, invites you to relax outdoors. Patio furniture, including a parasol and an electric grill, is available for your use.

The bright living room features a comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a wingback chair, and a large dining table. For your comfort, there’s a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a CD player, USB port, and RDS reception, as well as a selection of books and games. Pleated blinds, blackout curtains, and a fly screen ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

The built-in kitchenette includes a 4-burner stovetop with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and other utensils for preparing meals. Modern vinyl flooring covers the entire apartment, with the exception of the bathroom and the storage closet.

A cozy double bed (80 x 200 cm) in the bedroom ensures a restful night’s sleep. A wardrobe in the bedroom provides storage space. The windows are covered with pleated blinds and blackout curtains. A fly screen is also installed.

A tiled shower room is available. An ironing board, iron, and microwave can be found in the storage room. Bicycles can be parked at the bike rack next to the house or in the basement. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests in Building 18. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement of the building. The outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid parking lots in town.

The Papillon vacation village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town center, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, soaring through the air on the swing, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking spot for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer bicycle parking or a bicycle storage room.
