Vacation Rental No. 16, “Windjammer,” in the Waterkant complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This cozy 2-room vacation rental, with approximately 55 m² of living space, features a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and an east-facing balcony. The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of the Waterkant resort. The beach is only about 100 m away.

In the living room of this vacation apartment, you’ll find a comfortable couch (180 x 190 cm) and a large flat-screen TV. High-quality laminate flooring has been installed here. A dining area invites you to enjoy a cozy meal. From the living room, you have direct access to the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture.

The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Of course, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, as well as dishes and pots are also provided. Entertainment is provided by a radio with a cassette deck, which is also located in the kitchen.

The bedroom has laminate flooring. It features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) for 2 people, a large wardrobe, and a second TV. A crib is available for younger guests. You can darken the room with roller blinds.

The bathroom is tiled and equipped with a shower, toilet, sink with mirror, and storage space for your toiletries. A small hair dryer is also provided. You can use the washing machine in the bathroom free of charge.

The additional storage room, located in the hallway, offers space for balcony furniture and various small household items. A clothes drying rack is also available.

Smoking is not permitted in this vacation rental, and pets are also not allowed.

The Waterkant complex is located near the Kurhaus, across from the pier. An underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

At the Waterkant vacation complex, you’ll spend your vacation right in the heart of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 100 meters away.

Some apartments have free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available for each apartment in the underground parking garage (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 meters).

The Waterkant resort offers a total of 29 vacation apartments for two to four people, spread across three adjacent buildings.
Thanks to the spacious layout and the modern, comfortable amenities of the vacation apartments, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation at the Waterkant complex.

The entrances to Buildings An and B are located at the rear of the building. You can access Building C from the side of the building.

Some apartments feature a beach chair on the balcony. The kitchenettes are fully equipped, and some include dishwashers. Depending on the amenities and size of the vacation apartments, they may feature fireplaces, bathtubs, and, in some cases, washing machines.
