The Reet/AM18b vacation home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 6 people and features a hot tub and sauna.

Vacation home 18b, named “Huus Berti,” is a uniquely and lovingly furnished house in the Sylt country house style, featuring select designer furniture by Victor Foxtrot, and is equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests.

Spanning three spacious floors with four rooms, “Huus Berti” features a living area with access to the south-facing terrace, an open kitchen with a cooking island, two modern bathrooms, and three bedrooms. The entire vacation home is equipped with underfloor heating. Together with the converted attic, you’ll have plenty of space—102 m²—for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The beach is only about 400 m away.

On the first floor of the vacation home is the living room, featuring a cozy sofa, two armchairs, and a desk for your vacation mail and local information. The cozy dining area and the open-concept kitchen with a cooking island create a cheerful atmosphere for spending time together. The modern and fully equipped kitchen features an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a Nespresso machine, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The bathroom with a walk-in shower and the entryway are also located here.

For your entertainment in the living area, you’ll find a wide range of entertainment options, including a flat-screen TV, soundbar, Blu-ray player, and radio/CD player. "Huus Berti" offers additional, private, free high-speed internet (subject to availability), which allows for streaming, as well as free Netflix access integrated into the smart TV (subject to availability).

The furnished south-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room. From there, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the greenery and the adjacent nature reserve. The terrace is equipped with high-quality patio furniture, sun loungers, and an electric grill. A cozy beach chair also invites you to relax. Guests also have access to a women’s size 28 bicycle and a men’s size 28 bicycle (subject to availability) as well as a handcart (subject to availability).

The log cabin sauna located in the garden (for a fee) offers wonderful relaxation, especially during the colder months (you can pick up the key at the front desk).

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each equipped with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The closets offer plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. Both bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV.

The first floor also features a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub for relaxation, as well as a hallway area with a cozy reading nook where you can unwind.

In the attic, you’ll find the third bedroom with two single beds (100 x 200 cm) and a sleeping alcove for a child (70 x 170 cm).

Additional amenities include a washing machine and dryer, located in a separate utility room, as well as a travel crib and a high chair.

Bicycles you bring with you can be stored safely in the tool shed. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house.

This is a non-smoking vacation home where 1 pet is allowed.

The vacation resort on Mariannenweg is located in a low-traffic area in the second row. The parking lot with individual spaces is located right at the resort’s entrance. This vacation home is assigned one parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access.

Please understand that gas and charcoal grilling, as well as the use of fireworks, are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (without making the beds).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and, provided there are no complaints or defects, will be refunded within 5 business days after departure.
