Vacation Home 05a, “Reethuus Seestern,” in the vacation resort on Mariannenweg is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spread across three spacious floors, the home features a cozy and lovingly furnished living area with access to the south/west-facing terrace, two modern bathrooms, and three bedrooms. Together with the attic, this 100 m² space offers plenty of room for up to 6 people to enjoy a wonderful vacation together. The unique “Sylt-style” interior design, along with high-quality designer flooring and tiles, make this vacation home a truly special place to stay.

Access to the large, furnished south/west-facing terrace with a beach chair is directly from the living room. From there, you’ll have an unobstructed view of the garden. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV and a stereo system are available. You can use two additional TVs in the bedrooms on the first floor.

On the first floor of the vacation home, the living area features a cozy dining area and a kitchen with a kitchen island. Modern and superbly equipped, this kitchen offers a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop and oven (with built-in microwave), a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and the choice between a coffee maker or a “Nespresso” machine—offering plenty of options for preparing your meals in comfort. You’ll even find kitchen accessories such as an orange juicer, an immersion blender, and a knife block here.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom has a box-spring bed (1 x 180 x 200 cm), and the second has two single box-spring beds (100 x 200 cm). There’s also a cozy desk area on the upper floor where you can write your vacation postcards. This workspace is equipped with a computer monitor (DVI connection and USB port). A washing machine and dryer are also available on the first floor. In the attic of the house, you’ll find the third bedroom in the loft, featuring two single beds (80 x 200 cm), a desk, and a cozy sofa nook.

The bathrooms on the first floor are equipped with a walk-in shower, while the one upstairs has a bathtub. In the attic, there is a storage room for your suitcases—here you’ll also find a travel crib with a mattress (without a blanket or pillow for hygienic reasons), a “Tripp-Trapp” high chair, a baby high chair, and a baby stair gate. In addition, an electric grill and a handcart (without legal entitlement) are available for your use in the shared garden shed.

Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking house. Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided.

The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The beach is only about 400 m away. The parking lot with individual parking spaces is located directly at the resort entrance.

The Reethuus Seestern vacation home comes with 1 designated parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. Access to the resort and the parking lot is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your security deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof cottages within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.
