Spanning 45 m², the apartment features a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The northeast-facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the lake. The distance to the beach is approximately 50 m.<br><br>You can access the furnished balcony from the living room. The living area features a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) and a dining area. A flat-screen TV ensures your comfort.<br><br>The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.<br><br>In the bedroom, a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) invites you to dream. There’s a closet for your clothes. Curtains are provided to darken the windows.<br><br>Tiles were chosen as the flooring in the shower room and kitchen area. The living room and bedroom are carpeted. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. An outdoor parking space is located right next to your vacation rental.<br><br>At Dünenblick, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), bicycle storage, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available.<br><br>Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony or the (rooftop) terrace of your apartment. Some vacation apartments overlooking the Baltic Sea offer a direct view of the ocean.<br><br>Coin-operated washing machines and a coin-operated dryer are available in the basement of the first building. You can park your bicycles in the bike rack in front of the vacation complex.
