Our vacation home is located in a completely quiet area on the outskirts of town, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Schönbühel an der Donau. The house offers 2 vacation apartments, each with 80 m² of living space and a 12 m² loggia with a seating area. The ground-floor apartment also features a terrace of approximately 22 m². Each apartment has a large living room (30 m²) with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people, a room divider with a swivel-mounted TV, and a leather sofa set. The living area leads to the two bedrooms, which are furnished with box-spring beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and towel warmer, as well as a separate toilet. Wi-Fi is free, and dogs are allowed in the ground-floor apartment. Ample parking is available. The house also includes a 400 m² garden for shared use. In the basement, there is a small, cozy relaxation room with an infrared heat cabin for 2 people and a shower. The ground-floor apartment features a large living area (30 m²) with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people, a room divider with a swivel TV and a leather sofa set, as well as a terrace of approximately 22 m². The living area leads to the two bedrooms, which are equipped with box-spring beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and towel warmer, as well as a separate toilet. Wi-Fi is free, and dogs are allowed in this apartment. A 40% deposit will be charged upon booking. The balance is to be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash on site. Check-in: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets: 9.00 EUR per person per night. Tourist tax: Please note that the listed price does not include the local overnight stay tax of 1.60 EUR per person per night, which must be paid directly to the accommodation provider. As of 01.01.2024, the overnight tax is 2.60 EUR per person per night.
