A new, modern villa with stylish furnishings, nestled in the stunning natural surroundings of the Costa Smeralda. Surrounded by green spaces featuring an olive grove and an infinity pool (5 x 10 m) with optional pool heating available from April through the end of June and from September through the end of October. Ample space for sunbathing and relaxing on stylish lounge furniture. A fully automatic mosquito and insect protection system (Freezanz) was installed in 2026 for both indoor and outdoor areas. You can reach downtown Olbia and the airport in 15 minutes. The beautiful beaches are about a 20-minute drive away. For sports enthusiasts, there are wonderful running and hiking trails, mountain bike paths, and breathtaking panoramic views to discover.

The Accommodation
Completed in 2019, the villa has been lovingly furnished and features a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area that invites you to socialize. The floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides offer breathtaking views of Sardinia’s wild natural landscape. You’ll look out onto a spectacular rock face to the east, the mountainous landscape of Monte Pino to the north, and the tastefully landscaped garden to the south.

In the southern area, there is a refreshing infinity pool overlooking a beautiful rock formation and the surrounding landscape. Beach towels and sun loungers are provided.

At the fully equipped barbecue area with a covered veranda, you can gather around the long table with family and friends to enjoy the meal. Breathtaking sunsets over the mountains and forests are sure to give you goosebumps.

The house is equipped with a fully automatic air conditioning system; each room can be controlled and adjusted individually. Underfloor heating is available throughout the entire house for the colder months.

The south-facing terrace features an electric bioclimatic louvered ceiling and beautiful, comfortable lounge furniture.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen with: oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machines, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, plates, and a variety of glasses for up to 24 people, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and much more.

Outside, there is a Firemagic large-capacity gas grill with grilling utensils, as well as 2 gas cooktops. A large outdoor dining table with 8 chairs.
