The custom built yurt is perched on a platform in a charming clearing in the forest allowing lucky glampers to explore the many trails on this 100-acre property! As the rental is shrouded by nature, guests will be delivered to the yurt by truck, golf cart, or snowmobile by the resident host.



Once guests arrive, they will find their retreat beautifully furnished with a large, comfy bed, a toasy fireplace, and a romantic spot with a table and two chairs. Guests also have an indoor composting toilet for their convenience. Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are all kindly provided by the hosts to ensure yurt camping here is a comfortable experience.



Outside, guests will have another charming sitting area on their private deck where they can really take in all the peaceful sights and sounds of nature. The property even features several sculptures by the late Canadian artist Bill Lishman which guests are encouraged to view at their leisure. When the hosts are available, guests can even get a tour of the underground property on the grounds which is a unique piece of architecture and has been featured in many popular television programs!



Guests can have access to the internet in the landowner’s home, about half a mile away. There is also free parking at the property.
