Smukke 465 sq. Ft studio, totalt ombygget. Private, stort køkken, granit bordplader med nye rustfri stjæle apparater & opvaskemaskine. Queen size seng og trække sig ud sofa, 4 sovepladser. Separat forfængelighed med vask og opholdsstue. Ny, dual-head bruser og toilet. Garderobe skab, 36 "fladskærms-tv. Komfortabel opholdsstue. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler placeret lige uden for enheden. Parkeringsplads til en bil. Nyd morgenkaffen mens du ser folk gå forbi. Fantastisk sted at have happy hour og se solnedgangen og lugte Ocean Breeze.

We really enjoyed the stay. The location is great and easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Communication was quick and very detailed.

Great location in La Jolla Shores.

Great studio with all amenities, a/c, and steps from restaurants, ocean, and beach shops. Very quick response from host on any issues. Will definitely stay again next summer.

Awesome Casita!

This is our second time staying here. It was just as good this time around as the first. The location is great, as are the accommodations. Property management is very helpful and responsive, and everything is provided. One of the best choices for a stay in La Jolla Shores.

Cozy place near the beach

Perfect sized place for teenage daughter & myself while we visited mid-December. Directly behind Scoops ice cream/coffee/treat shop and near Avenida de la Playa restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen appreciated. We hope to visit again!

Great Casita

The property was perfectly located in La Jolla Shores. Just a short 2 blocks from the beach and right behind the main strip of restaurants (which were all very good). The property was extremely clean and well laid out, which made it feel bigger than it was. Also, it is very conveniently located to other areas of San Diego and La Jolla (10 or so minute drive). Everything was provided including laundry detergent, beach chairs, beach toys and wagon. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Cozy and convenient

This studio tucked down an alley is just a few steps away from downtown La Jolla Shores, convenient to restaurants, activities and walks on the beach. It’s nicely furnished with an updated kitchen and bathroom. I stayed there for 4 days on business, and found it a convenient place to be based for meetings in Torrey Pines, as well as a quiet space to work.

Great experience

A nice, private studio in a GREAT location. Very short walk to the beach and to a variety of restaurants. Short drive to Old Town San Diego and to Village of La Jolla. The alley parking had minor inconveniences. When we arrived we couldn't park because the city had the alley closed. Next day there was a car parked in what was supposed to be our parking spot, when the car finally moved, a different car parked in the alley blocking access to the parking spot. We were lucky to find parking on the street nearby. Overall, we would stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect location!

The unit is right next the beach and La Jolla shores restaurants. It’s very quiet, especially considering how centrally located the unit is. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials (kitchen supplies, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach toys, paper towels, etc). It’s a lower level unit with a side alley entrance but there are gates on both sides to block out any foot traffic so it feels very safe. Owners were very responsive and you can tell they genuinely want you to enjoy your visit. Perfect for our family of 3, wish we could have stayed longer!

Convenient, Up-to-date

Although tucked in alley with no view, this studio is located near wonderful restaurants and the beach. Also behind the Scoop …. yummy ice cream!!! It was very clean with up-to-date bath and kitchen. The location provided easy access to downtown San Diego and La Jolla and close proximity to UCSD. Definitely plan on returning!

The newly renovated studio was a perfect fit for my husband and I and our 2 daughters. The studio was very clean w/ everything you need and brand new appliances...even a dish washer! The only thing I’d suggest is a blender (we missed our morning smoothies) and a King bed;-)) You can’t beat the location—less than two blocks to the beach and great restaurants are just steps away! They also thought of everything you’ll need for the beach. Chris was very friendly and responsive from beginning to end. We had such a pleasant and welcoming experience we plan to return again and again!:-))

Mi stay at casita

I was disappointed not to find a welcoming basket awaiting us, as I have in other places similar to this. I expected something especially with the cost of the unit. We arrived late in evening and would have appreciated having something around for morning before we could shop. Also it would be helpful if you give instructions on the air conditioning unit to indicate you have to hold it pointing to the unit in order to make it go. It took 2 warm nights to figure that out. Thought it was on but just lousy And a few more washcloths for three females for five nights would be good… only had four. Perfect location

Unbeatable location!

This property has a spectacular location, only a 5 minute, 2 block walk to the beach, and some of La Jolla’s best restaurants right outside the door. It was also so convenient to have the use of beach chairs, beach equipment, and beach umbrellas available for our use. It was a perfect size for two adults. Our only issue was the persistent smell of sulfur from the bathroom and sink drains. I reached out to Leti and she was able to assess the property during our stay and had a plumber in after we vacated to fix the issue. I wish this had been rectified sooner as some other tenants before us had mentioned the same in their reviews and it wasn’t fixed at that time, but overall we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the incredible convenience of the location.

Tucked Away Gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in La Jolla. It is a studio apartment, with an updated kitchen/bathroom, very clean and organized. There are several locks, one on the front door, and then a lock each gate in the alley. Having locks made it easy to go to/from the property without worrying about a key. Loved the access to the beach gear in the shed out back, made it easy to pack up and walk to the beach each day. Couldn't be closer to the ice cream shop "Scoops" which we frequented often. While we stayed there was an issue with plumbing, however the property manager was good about letting us know when to expect him in/out of the property. The bed was super comfortable, and I had great sleep the whole time I was there. If you hook a right out the front door, you walk down a short alley and you pop out on the main drag with ice cream shop, multiple restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Japanese, etc.). Also grateful for the parking space in the back alley. As close as the apartment was to the main street, once inside the apartment didn't hear hardly any noise. Easy to cook in the kitchen with appliances, pots/pans, dishes. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future. We had a memory filled family vacation! Thanks for offering this property for rental.

The inside of the property is well-appointed, with beautiful tiles, bathroom, kitchen, linens, etc.

This place has location, location, location. Also, the owner did a beautiful job in the unit: high end tile and appliances in the kitchen, beautiful bathroom (no tub) with Toto toilet seat, extra make-up area with sink as you enter the bathroom, nice TV and channels, and comfortable bed. It was impeccably clean and had a free washer/dryer just outside the door in an area that serviced several apartments. They actually were attentive enough to have some perfume free laundry detergent. The manager, Christine, is a very sweet, helpful lady and let us in an hour early, which was great. She made it clear that she would help us with anything during the trip if we needed it (which we didn't). The unit is about a five minute walk from the beach on a safe street for early morning or late night or all day walks. There is parking for one car. The cons: The unit is in an alley. There is a cement wall about two feet from the back window and there is about a four foot wide pathway that separates the unit from the other wall in the alley. If you are expecting any view or lots of light you will not get it and if you are a bit claustrophobic, then you may be bothered. Whoever was renting upstairs had a child that was running relays, it seemed, back and forth early in the morning and it was really loud and went on for at least an hour one morning for the time I was trying to work on something in peace. There was no toaster, so we used the broiler in a very nice oven, but a toaster would be a safer. Also, a $1500 deposit that is collected at the time of booking is very steep in comparison to the many other VRBO homes we have rented. To Sum up: If you are not going to be in the unit much and want to stay in a wonderful location with a clean, high end unit, with kitchen, washer/dryer, in a safe area within a five minute walk to a gorgeous beach then come here. If you are bothered by the unit being in an alley you can just be philosophical and remember that lots of hotel rooms are not that bright and have a hallway on one side and not the best view from the windows. But they don't have all of the above.

It was an unbelievable stay! Such an amazing location for walking and access to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding in La Jolla and will be returning for sure for another leisure trip. I cannot say enough great things about the host and rental. Leti is a graduate of San Diego State University and has been an elementary school teacher since. Nader was born in Glendale California graduated from St. Augustine High School and Miramar College and has been self employed for 30 years . Owner of Scoops La Jolla .

Location, location, location and an exquisitely refurbished property, what a unique combination! 2 minute walk to a world-class beach for families with great swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and surfing, among other beach sports. Next door and across the street access to Surf lessons & rentals for snorkeling, kayaking, etc.

Small village-beach appeal with authentic owner-operated restaurants, featuring Parisian style outdoor dining (no late night noise). All La Jolla destinations within minutes drive or even better a leisurely bike ride or walk.

Easy access to the freeways. San Diego's Sea World, Downtown Gaslamp Quarter, Seaport Village, Petco Park, the world famous Zoo, Torrey Pines PGA golf course and Del Mar Race Track, amongst a host of other destinations, all within a 20 minute drive or less. Enjoy wine tasting at vineyards 1 hour away in Temecula.
All centrally located to the beach, the village and your favorite cultural venues. Why not enjoy Thanksgiving or Christmas on the beach. Ice Skate by the Ocean at the famous Hotel Del Coronado and see the largest indoor tree decorated from floor to ceiling.
