Stylish Cape May Stay - Villas, 6 Min Walk to Beach

Just a 6-min walk to Delaware Bay beach, 15 mins to Cape May City Center and 18 min to Wildwood. Spring brings blooming coastal paths and fresh ocean air, while summer means sunny beach days, backyard BBQs after a swim, relaxing in the hammock, and enjoying outdoor games. Blending seaside elegance with laid-back vacation comfort, it’s a truly inviting stay.

The house features a spacious living room with 65 inch smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and one main bathroom. There are three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with a queen-size bed. Both of these rooms include desks with chairs, ideal for work or study. The third, smaller bedroom has two twin trundle beds; please note that the door must be closed to fully extend the lower trundle bed.

All bedrooms have blackout curtains.

All living room windows are tented with solar film for privacy and reduce sun exposure while maintaining the views.

Backyard : Multiple Seating areas, 2 sun beds , extendable dining table with 6 chairs . Hammock. Outdoor games. Tiki fire pit. BBQ. 1 big kid bike.

Baby travel crib with sheets is available with advance request at no extra charge.

Beach Supplies: We have beach umbrella, beach wagon , 4 beach chairs and 2 portable beach mats with back support. Also kids beach toys.

At Cape May, it’s customary for guests to bring their own towels and bed linens, so they are not normally provided with the rental.

If you would like us to provide linens or towels, please let us know in advance. They are available for an additional charge:

• Bed linen set: $10 per bed, per stay
• Bath towel: $5 each, per stay
• Beach towel: $5 each, per stay

You may request only the items you need. You are also welcome to bring your own or rent linens and towels locally from Linen Ladies.

Backyard Maintenance: The lawn is mowed every other Sunday morning to keep the yard clean and enjoyable. If the timing overlaps with your plans, we’re happy to try to reschedule during your stay.

Backyard Mosquito Treatment To help prevent bites, the backyard is also treated for mosquitoes and ticks every two weeks. Guests will always be notified in advance before the service.

Trash: For the trash during your stay:

There are two trash containers outside the house:
• Blue bin: For recycling only (please crush recyclables before placing them inside to save space).
• Black bin: For all other trash.

Trash pickup is on Monday. A service will move the bins to the curb on Sunday evening and return them to the side of the house after collection to keep the property tidy.
