The place offers a full size kitchen, a large living open style dining, living and sleeping space. There is also a walk in closet that could function as a small office as well. The apartment also has a full size bath with shower. Please note this is a basement level apartment/ “in law suite”. It does have a full size window w/ well It has a shared laundry with the house upstairs.



The Space:

Guests have access to the entire private studio apartment. The space has its own separate HVAC (mini split) system for heating and cooling.



The unit is accessed via a shared side entrance that leads to the laundry area. There is a private steel entry door into the Studio.



The Neighborhood:

The Crafton Heights neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood sat on top of a hill. It offers easy access to and from many points of interest in the city. It is about a 20 min ride from the airport. It is about a 10 minute ride to the Northside/stadiums/casino. There is a grocery store, shopping center about 5 minutes away. It’s also about a 10-15 minute ride to Oakland and many of the hospitals.



Getting Around:

There is a bus stop about a block away. Uber’s and Lyfts are plentiful.
