Riverhaven! Glamorous A-Frame on St Joe River!

This house is not a party house. Out of respect for our neighbors, we have a very strict noise policy after 9 PM. Violation of the noise policy will result in immediate eviction.

Riverhaven is TRULY one of a kind!

The Backyard- Has 3 levels of Decks (with lots of outdoor furniture) overlooking the beautiful St Joe River. Sit and drink your morning coffee, watch the sunrise, grab the Kayaks and explore the river, or throw out a line and catch Smallmouth Bass right off the huge concrete seawall. The opposite bank is all protected woodlands, so you will have lots of privacy & you will not want to leave! The upstairs bedroom has a large patio. door that leads onto a separate deck that also overlooks the river.

Great Room- You'll walk in the front door and see the Great Room that has a massive Gas Log Fireplace and an entire wall of windows with TONS of natural lighting pouring in! Gather around in the living room with the fire going for some great conversations or watch the Big Game on the 75" flatscreen TV! Enjoy your meals around a Dining table that has a gorgeous, live-edge top made by local Amish craftsmen!

Kitchen -Has new cabinets and Granite tops, fully furnished for all your culinary needs! Stainless appliances (Gas Stove), cookware, blender, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, etc. The kitchen has an additional table for extra seating! You will be cooking with a view. There is a huge glass patio door that overlooks the river!

Bedrooms-(Sleep 14 total)

Bedroom #1 is on the Main level, has a King bed with tons of room for clothes in the custom closet.

Bedroom #2 is also on the main level, has a Queen bed, and also has a closet. There is a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair located on one side of this room. This Bedroom has a large sliding glass patio door that looks out over the river, and you can step right onto the back porch.

Bedroom #3 is located upstairs, has a Queen bed as well as a Daybed with a pullout Trundle (Sleeps 2). This bedroom has a large sliding glass patio door that leads out onto its own deck overlooking the River!

Bedroom #4 is a part of the Multipurpose room, has a Queen bed and 2 bunk beds!**All the beds have brand new Memory Foam mattresses!.

Multipurpose Room- This large room has a “second Living Room” (2 couches and a recliner) that is set up complete with a fireplace and a 65” TV. Perfect for larger groups or kids to hang out in. A large shuffleboard will provide good entertainment and memories!! This is also the room that contains the Queen bed and 2 bunk beds.
