We had a great stay. Super happy with everything, the property had everything we needed. There was construction happening during the week but we were informed before we purchased which was fantastic and honestly it wasn’t that bad. The pools were great for our Grandkids that we brought with us. Lazy lagoon was wonderful and of course the beach was outstanding as usual. Overall a great stay. We would stay again. Thank you!

The only thing that didn’t work for us were the wrist bands for the pool & lazy River. It was hard getting the light to stay green long enough to get in the gate.

We had a great stay. The resort offers all sorts of fun and activities for families. The A/C worked great during 100 degree days, keeping the unit a consistent 72. The beach is a short walk away and we never had issues finding chairs and an umbrella. The pools are great, lounge chairs are at a premium but overall we were always able to locate one or two to drop our towels and toys. There is a poolside food/drink cabana to order from. There are also a few decent restaurants within walking distance. The hotel can be a bit confusing to navigate at first but is not an issue after the first day. The washer/dryer took a bit of learning but worked fine once we figured it out. The dryer did require additional time to fully dry - not a big issue. There were plenty of bath towels in the units. The buildings themselves are concrete structure and slab, so there isn't a lot of sound transfer between units - big bonus. I'm not sure that we ever heard any footfall noise from the unit above. Overall, we would recommend and look forward to planning a future vacation back.

We had a fantastic time! The room was amazing, close to parking and to the pools still with an awesome view. The first load of clothes we washed and dried would not dry. I used a shop vacuum to remove a very large amount of lint that was stuffed down into the dryer filter, but once that was removed it worked like a charm. The kids loved the bunk beds, the adults missed our home beds. The master bed slept like a sleep number if the firmness went to 180. Which was really firm. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and there were plenty of towels and accessories. The balcony has a deck box that has some beach toys and boogie boards which were great. Overall, we absolutely would stay in this room again! Very appreciative of the host and great communication for checking in and out! 10/10!
