★ Additional Guests: base rate includes 6 guests; $33/night per additional guest.
★ Fireplace Out of Service. For safety, please do not use.
★ Noise Monitoring: A decibel-level monitor is installed (does not record or store audio) to ensure community rules are respected.
★ Parking is available only in the garage or on the driveway. Parking on the street is not permitted.
