This cozy vacation home is located on the western outskirts of Wieck. The cycling trail through the picturesque Darß Forest and to the unspoiled western beach runs right past the house.
The first floor features a spacious living and dining area with a bright kitchen. From the large, comfortable couch, you can enjoy game nights and TV evenings with friends and family.
Also on the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A storage room and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine are also located on the lower level of the house.
Right outside the front door, you can wind down the evening with a barbecue on the garden terrace. The garden surrounds the house and is fenced in on all sides.
There is space for two cars on the property, and bicycles can be parked in the adjacent bike shed.
The Madleen house is situated in a beautifully peaceful location in the immediate vicinity of the rustic Darß Forest.
Shopping options are available in the neighboring towns of Born and Prerow, and the unspoiled Weststrand beach is easily accessible by bike through the Darß Forest, a distance of 6.8 km. The family-friendly beach in Prerow is approximately 5 km away.
