The open main living space brings everyone together and features a cozy stone fireplace, comfortable seating, a 65” Smart TV, an Infinity Gaming Table, and big lake views. The well-equipped kitchen will delight the chef in your group with quality cookware, utensils, dishes, serving pieces, wine glasses, spices, and every cooking convenience you can imagine. Outdoor cooking options include a charcoal grill, commercial-size griddle, and even a pizza oven.

Dine lakeside at the large table seating 10, with additional breakfast seating for 8 plus 4 barstools. After dinner, relax on the spacious back porch overlooking the water, gather around the propane firepit, watch a game on the outdoor TV, swing by the shoreline, make s’mores at the wood-burning firepit, or soak in the hot tub under the stars.

The game room is perfect for friendly competition with a pool table, 65” TV, soda-fountain-themed bar, and a variety of board games. When it’s time to rest, enjoy a great night’s sleep in king beds, while kids will love the waterfall-themed bunkroom with queen bunks. The home offers two king ensuites, a third king bedroom, and a full bath just steps from the bunkroom. Every bedroom includes comfy linens, a 55” Smart TV, bedside tables, reading lamps, sound machines, clothing storage, and lake views.

Wake up ready to kayak at sunrise, boat, ski, tube, fish, swim, and spend the day on the water. The Breakaway on Lake Hamilton is where you slow down and simply enjoy being with your people—while still being minutes from everything Hot Springs has to offer.

Boat Dock Notice:
Guests are welcome to use the boat dock. The dock has a floating lift setup for a tritoon pontoon. The center boat lift bunks will not allow a V-bottom boat inside the dock, but guests are welcome to moor their V-bottom boats to the dock on the outside. There is a overhang on the front of the dock that will provide some shade to a boat moored to the outside.

Seasonal Lake Level Notice:
Entergy lowers the lake a minimum of 3 feet from November 1–March 15 for annual maintenance. During this time, shoreline and dock water access may be reduced or temporarily unavailable. Beautiful main channel and mountain views remain year-round.
