The space
This stunning top-floor condo features a bright, southern exposure and the most amazing bay views in town. The interior is fully updated with oversized tile floors and a gourmet kitchen boasting granite counters, soft-close cabinets, and stainless appliances. The master bedroom sits directly on the bay for incredible views the moment you wake up. Complete with a full-sized washer/dryer and a large private balcony, this luxury retreat offers a spectacular waterfront experience.

Arrival and Property Access
​Checking in is simple and convenient with our keyless entry system. You will receive a personal access code via message two days before your scheduled arrival, which will remain active for the entire duration of your stay.

Parking
​For your convenience, the property includes a dedicated parking spaces directly in front of the building. Additional street parking is also available right in front of the unit if needed.

Guest Comfort and Infrastructure
​The unit features full central air conditioning, providing a significant advantage over the small window units common in many other local rentals. To ensure everyone stays comfortable, there is an oversized hot water heater and high-pressure showerheads, allowing for a massage-like experience without the risk of running out of hot water during back-to-back use.

Linens
To help keep nightly rates as low as possible for our guests, you are encouraged to bring your own towels and bed sheets. If you prefer, a full linen service package is available for an additional fee. This package includes one Queen sheet sets and two Double sheet sets. Please note that towels are not included in this package. Standard pillows and extra pillows are provided in the unit, though guests are welcome to bring their own if preferred. A washer and dryer are available within the unit for your convenience throughout your stay. To ensure the quality and cleanliness of our bedding, sleeping directly on bare mattresses or mattress protectors is strictly prohibited.

​The kitchen is fully equipped for coffee lovers, featuring a Flavia machine with an assortment of complimentary beverages, a Keurig for your personal pods, and a traditional drip coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi exceeds 300 Mbps, providing plenty of bandwidth for streaming on the three smart TVs, which come ready for services like Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube. Essential supplies including hand soap, body wash, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are all provided.

​Location and Security
​The property is a short nine-minute walk from the Ocean City Beach and Boardwalk. Access to the beach is completely free and does not require any tags or passes. For your security and peace of mind, a video doorbell is installed on the premises at the front door.

​Cleaning Standards
​Rigorous cleaning protocols are in place to ensure a safe stay. All surfaces are cleaned and then disinfected with a bleach solution for a minimum of 60 seconds. Bedding is sprayed with disinfectant between every stay, and pillows are kept in the closets for protection.

Restrictions
This property is intended for adults and families; guests must be 25 or older or accompanied by a parent who is 25 or older. Third-party bookings are strictly prohibited, and the person who booked the property must be present for the duration of the stay. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests provided at the time of booking, and no extra overnight guests are permitted. Smoking of any kind and open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Please be advised that any violations of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
