The renovated semi-detached home “Meerweh” is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the beautiful Dorf neighborhood. The vacation home is about an 8-minute walk from the historic town center, and the dike and dunes are about a 15-minute walk away. With its modern design and clean lines, this property welcomes you and invites you to relax.

The living space of approximately 95 m² spans three levels and is divided as follows:

First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, and access to the terrace, a shower room/restroom, an utility room
Underfloor heating on the ground and upper floors ensures a comfortable indoor climate. During the season, the terrace is furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair.

Upper floor: one bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm—full-length topper), one bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm each), a shower room / toilet
The bedrooms feature spacious built-in closets and blackout curtains. Insect screens are also provided.

Attic: one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm—full-length mattress)

There is a lockable garden shed for bicycles.
