Charming vacation home "Dünenschatz" — a vacation between the forest and the dunes for 4 people

The "Dünenschatz" vacation home is idyllically nestled between the forest and the dunes in a truly unique location right in the heart of the Bad district. Just a few steps away is the scenic promenade with the pier leading to the beach, yet you can still enjoy peace and seclusion in your home.

The living area of approximately 100 m² is distributed on one level as follows:

Entrance area with access to the open kitchen, living room with dining area and access to the terrace (west-facing), one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—separate mattresses) and an en suite bathroom with a shower, one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm—separate mattresses), a separate shower room, and an utility room
A second terrace (northeast-facing) is located in front of the entryway, while the terrace off the living room offers a fabulous view of the natural garden with its old fruit trees.

The natural garden is maintained without artificial fertilizers, pesticides, or insecticides. Native plants such as pines, alders, and fruit trees, along with lawns, complete the landscape. The transition to the forest at the rear of the property is left in its natural state and is therefore not accessible.

Barbecuing on this property is prohibited due to its proximity to the forest; we ask that you take this notice very seriously!
Furthermore, this is a non-smoking property; please smoke only outdoors and do not throw lit cigarettes into the garden!

Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for families with children under 12 years of age!

There is outdoor storage for bicycles, and the carport is equipped with outlets for 2 e-bikes.
One carport parking space (approx. 190 x 210 cm) and an additional parking spot in front of the transformer house are available for your use.
