The "Ostseeoase" vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the vacation home. The apartment features a large, light-filled living and dining room, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a window, and an outdoor seating area with high-quality poly rattan balcony furniture. The sun-yellow kitchenette and the spacious sofa set in lime-green faux leather are real eye-catchers in the combined living and dining room. Two glass display cabinets, a dining table with four chairs, a highboard and a lowboard, as well as a coffee table in a rich dark brown, round out the look. The master bedroom and the children’s bedroom are furnished with natural pine wood furniture, consisting of a 160-cm-wide double bed with two nightstands, a bunk bed, a linen chest, and two two-door wardrobes. A flat-screen TV and a CD player with radio round out the amenities. The kitchenette, equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils, adjoins the living area. It also features a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, an egg cooker, a 4-burner electric stove, and an oven. The modern bathroom with a shower offers a wonderful view of the church nave and is located between the parents’ and children’s bedrooms. Except for the wet area, the entire vacation rental is covered with laminate flooring. The Ostseeoase is a color-coordinated and tastefully furnished vacation rental in the quiet heart of Zinnowitz. It offers plenty of space for a restful and relaxing vacation. Various card, board, and dice games available in the apartment also provide evening entertainment.
Villa Vedro is located right in the heart of Zinnowitz, in the immediate vicinity of the Protestant church, a late-Gothic brick building from the 19th century. In addition to the villa itself—a detached two-story apartment building—there is another detached two-story vacation home on our property. This is where the “Dünenkieker” vacation apartment for 2 people is located. The “Seute Deern” vacation apartment for 2–3 people is located in the main building of Villa Vedro and is accessible via a separate entrance.
Villa Vedro was originally built around 1910. “Vedro” means “sunny” or “cloudless.”
The Baltic Sea beach is only 700 meters away.
Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 9:00 AM.
