This lovingly furnished 48 m² basement apartment in a wonderfully quiet location accommodates 1–4 people. The cozy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm), a smart TV, and direct access to the garden, invites you to relax and unwind. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator (including a small freezer compartment), induction stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and espresso machine—leaving nothing to be desired. The apartment features 1 bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm). The bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, infrared sauna, heated floors, and a towel warmer, rounds out the experience. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Please note that pets are not allowed. The apartment is accessible via a flight of stairs and is therefore not suitable for people with limited mobility. Just a short walk away is the Mutschach recreational area with its hiking trails and bike paths; the Aralweiher—a wonderful swimming lake for all ages—is also highly recommended. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is available between 1:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed.
