Cozy vacation apartment in the heart of Kellenhusen—just a 2-minute walk to the Baltic Sea

Welcome to the Kellenhusen Residence—centrally located and just a few steps from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Here, on the 2nd floor, you’ll find the lovingly furnished vacation apartment No. 12, which, with 55 m² of living space, offers plenty of room for up to four people.

The light-filled living area invites you to relax with a spacious sofa corner, a comfortable armchair, and an adjacent dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped—including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven—and offers everything you need for self-catering on vacation.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, both of which are cozy and tastefully furnished.
• In the master bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (2 mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet.
• The second bedroom is ideal for children and is equipped with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), its own closet, and an additional TV.

We’ve also thought of our youngest guests: a high chair and a travel crib are available.

The modern bathroom is brightly designed, features a window, and has a practical shower stall.

A special highlight: the southeast-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun as early as the morning.

A lockable storage room in the basement is available for bicycles. If you’d like to travel light, you can conveniently book a laundry package on-site for a fee. A washer and dryer are also available in the building (for a fee).

Pets are welcome in this accommodation by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.

Note regarding the construction site in the neighborhood:

Renovation work is currently taking place on the former Volksbank building in the immediate vicinity of the vacation rental. This may result in temporary noise disturbances.
Please note: According to the Kellenhusen municipality’s Noise Abatement Ordinance, noisy work is prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. as well as from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
