The vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor and measures approximately 52 square meters. <br>The apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people (max. 3 adults). In addition, one more child can stay free of charge in a travel crib.<br><br>This is a non-smoking apartment. It consists of a living room (without sleeping accommodations), a loggia, TV, internet, CD player, DVD player, and a dining area. The new, high-quality kitchenette is located in the entryway and includes a 4-burner stove with oven, dishwasher, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, a microwave, and various small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as two bedrooms. The slightly smaller master bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2 m (separate mattresses and an adjustable slatted frame), while the children’s room is furnished with a bunk bed (each bed measuring 0.90 x 2 m). A free travel crib (including fitted sheet and waterproof pad) can be set up in the children’s room if needed. Bedding and towels are available for rent or must be brought from home. A high chair is available free of charge. Please order rental linens and baby gear from the property manager.<br>The windows in the living room and bedrooms are equipped with exterior blinds.<br>A free parking space is available to guests during their stay. Please note the clearance height of approximately 1.95 m (see photo).<br><br>NOTE: Charging an electric car is not possible at the property; please use the public charging stations. Also, for fire safety reasons, it is not permitted to lower an extension cord over the balcony railing to charge your vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.<br><br>Note: Dear guests, your comfort is important to us. A new residential and commercial building is currently under construction on Seestraße. Construction is well underway, and work takes place during regular business hours on weekdays. No work is done on weekends or in the evenings. As a result, there may occasionally be construction noise. We appreciate your understanding.
