The Space:

Hosted locally by Musi Management, welcome to this comfortable and well-equipped condo designed for both short and extended stays.



Located on the the 3rd floor (top unit with two sets of stairs), our condo features a bright living area and large TV for entertaining. Brand new central air and and high-speed Wi-Fi are available throughout the home. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, plus a Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer and laundry supplies.



The condo offers three bedrooms: two with queen beds (one with a desk, perfect for working remotely) and one with a full bed. The full bathroom features a modern tub-shower combination with soap supplies provided. The brand new mini split system provides individual temperature control, including central AC, in each room.



Step outside to enjoy your private backyard deck - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or working.

Street parking for one vehicle is available via a parking pass. Spots are typically available in front of the house



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire condo, with the exception of one storage closet and the basement. This is a multifamily home with two units below.



The Neighborhood:

Located centrally in Cambridge, we're a short walk from Inman & Kendall Square. There is a school across the street which can cause additional traffic during school hours.



Getting Around:

Street parking for one vehicle is available via parking pass. Many bus routes are nearby, and the Green Line train is 0.6 miles from the house.



Please note that there are parking restrictions for street cleaning on the first Wednesday of each month (odd numbered side of the street) and on the first Thursday of each month (even numbered side of the street), from April 1st through December 31st.



Other Things to Note:

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video on exterior entrances. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.



Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.



The parking pass must be returned at checkout. A pass that isn't returned carries a $300 replacement fee.
