A detached, modern vacation home (approx. 60 square meters) awaits you—lovingly furnished and set on a large wooded lot with a garden, directly adjacent to the Bentheimer Berge in a very quiet location. <br><br>Our house is built in a split-level style across two floors. The entrance, sunroom, and the large, light-filled living room are located on the lower level; the kitchen, both bedrooms, and the bathroom are accessible via three steps. <br><br>The house features a beautiful south/west-facing terrace and a stunning sunroom with a view of the greenery. From the property, you have direct access to the numerous hiking trails in the Bentheimer Berge. <br><br>The Accommodation<br>The vacation home is fully equipped. The high-quality built-in kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, Nespresso capsule machine, a Philips drip coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, waffle iron, and a basic selection of spices, oil, and vinegar. We’ve provided a kettle grill for you to enjoy a lovely evening of grilling. <br><br>The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival. Towels and a hair dryer are available for your use during your stay. You can park right next to the house under the carport or on the driveway. You can also store your bicycles safely in the carport. We provide free Wi-Fi.<br><br>The vacation home is located on the outskirts of Bad Bentheim. The town center is about 1.5 km away, which you can easily reach on foot via charming little residential streets.
