Destin Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The home was incredibly clean when we arrived, very accommodating, and genuinely had everything our family needed for a smooth, stress-free vacation.The location is perfect, and we fell in love with the views and the beach. Having the golf cart was a massive bonus and made getting around so much fun and incredibly convenient. On top of that, the owners were super responsive and made the entire process seamless from start to finish.We are so happy we chose to stay here and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a great trip!

Beautiful unit with amazing views!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with this unit, it was fully stocked with kitchen necessities, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys. Our stay was 2 weeks post hurricane and the building sustained damage, the property management company was not very reassuring that we would still have a place to stay and did not offer any alternative if the building remained closed. Thankfully the building did open back up 3 days prior to our stay. Also the pool and beach security was ridiculous! We were there for 6 days and he would interrupt us sitting on the beach daily asking to see our wristbands....there were maybe 4 families on the beach everyday so it wasn’t busy. He could have just walked by and seen the neon green wristbands vs asking us multiple times a day. Also my parents were staying in a condo nearby and walked over to see us, they were stopped by security while walking on the beach and told it was a private beach. Overall I would give the unit, pool, amazing view, and golf cart a 5 star, the unit is beautiful and the pool is really nice. The property management company needs to improve their customer service, and security needs to relax lol!

We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately we can’t control hurricanes and the damage they may cause. The condo building is maintained by a management company that we also do not have any control over and are subject to their repair schedule. In the conversations with our reservations department you were assured the building would be open prior to your stay. With third party bookings such as yours we are limited in the alternative arrangements we can discuss or offer. We will pass along your comments to the private security company that monitors the beaches and pools on the resort. Thank you for staying with Platinum Vacations!

This condo is gorgeous! The living room had plenty of seating for our six people. The dining table could seat up to eight and there are additional seats at the bar. We like to cook and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, every utensil you could think of, blender, crockpot and a griddle. There were plenty of fluffy towels for our crew. We had to supplement the usual items like TP, paper towels, and trash bags. The beds and couches had plenty of comfy pillows and bedding. Everyone at Platinum Vacations were kind and checked on us every day. They even let us have a last minute late checkout. We couldn’t be happier with the accommodations and will stay here again if we have the chance.
