In a quiet yet central location in Radolfzell on Lake Constance. Only 100 m away from the lake shore, the modern vacation apartment "Haus Behr am See Nr. 2" impresses with its new and high-quality design. The 55 m² one-bedroom vacation apartment has an open bedroom with TV and a large double bed (180x200), a bathroom, a dining area and another sleeping area with sofa bed (120x200) which is all located in a non-separated common room (see pictures).
The accommodation thus offers space for 3 people and the equipment also includes WLAN and satellite TV.

In front of the apartment is a courtyard, which invites you to linger with garden chairs and a table.

The lake promenade to the harbor and the historic old town can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. A variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and stores await you there. Also, many popular destinations such as Constance, the island of Reichenau, the island of Mainau, Stein am Rhein or Meersburg are within a radius of 10 to 20 km.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Please wear slippers in the vacation apartment. Smokers are requested to smoke only in the courtyard. The vacation apartment should be treated with care, therefore parties are not allowed. Cars can be parked in a public parking lot for a weekly fee.

The cleaning of the kitchen (dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, oven, garbage disposal, etc.) must be done by yourself.

There is a possibility to rent a room in the basement of the apartment to accommodate 2 more guests. Please talk to the host after your booking to clarify all additional costs and information.
