3. Cleanliness Maintain the unit in a clean and tidy condition throughout your stay. Dispose of garbage regularly and follow building waste guidelines.
4. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and common areas. Any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.
5. Pets Maximum of 1 pet unless otherwise authorized in writing
6. Damages Any damage to the unit, furniture, or appliances must be reported promptly. Tenants are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
