Relax on the patio and watch the sunset over the waters of Lake Travis from our lakefront villa at The Island on Lake Travis. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 people, has been fully remodeled in 2021 and offers unobstructed panoramic lake and hill country views from a top floor corner setting with all the comforts of home. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, fireplace, washer/dryer, open living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa, high speed WiFi, and 3 HDTVs with cable service and Blu-ray DVD players. There is also a Sound Bar in the living room that you can connect to by Bluetooth and play your favorite music. The master bedroom features a king size bed with large en suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. It also has direct patio access with lakefront views. The guest bedroom has a spacious king size bed and an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower.

The outdoor patio has comfortable seating for 6 people (with bistro height chairs for better views), a propane grill, and arguably the premier location
within the resort if you like sunsets and panoramic views. If you enjoy relaxing on a beautiful lakefront setting at a resort with more on-site amenities than any other on the north shore of Lake Travis, then this villa is the right spot for you.

There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!
When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check-In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
