Thank you I hope we see you again soon.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay overall, and especially that we were able to accommodate the additional night at a discounted rate! I appreciate you bringing the bikes and outdoor chair to our attention so we can get those taken care of. For future guests, the property does include one dedicated garage parking space, something we’re very fortunate to be able to offer, as private garage parking is definitely a luxury on the Balboa Peninsula! We’re also reviewing our arrival and checkout information to make sure details like garage access and instructions are as clear and consistent as possible across all of our communications. Thank you again for the feedback. We’re always looking for ways to make the guest experience even better, and we’re glad you otherwise had a lovely stay and enjoyed your time in Newport Beach!

David we are beyond thrilled you enjoyed your stay and hope you come back. Thank you so very much for the great and detailed review. FYI the upstairs is an AirBnb as well ... wish I could live there. Best, NIna

Thank you so much! I’m so happy you had such a great stay. And I love hearing that you were able to put all the beach gear to good use — being able to grab a chair, towel and boogie board and be on the sand a couple minutes later is one of our favorite things about this place! It was a pleasure having you, and I hope you’ll come stay with us again next time you’re in Newport!
