Welcome to the stylish Apartment 2 at Haus am See!
You enter this 60-square-meter ground-floor apartment via the sunny south-facing terrace at the back of the house.
Here, you’ll be greeted by the large dining table in the living area. The adjoining, spacious built-in kitchen offers plenty of room and amenities for cooking together. An oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and standard kitchen accessories are provided to assist you during meal preparation and cleanup.

In the open living room with a lake view, a high-quality corner couch offers plenty of space for cozy evenings. A large LCD TV, DVD and Blu-ray players, and a radio are available for your entertainment. Additionally, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The bathroom is comfortably equipped with a shower featuring a glass shower enclosure, a heated towel rack, and an illuminated mirror cabinet.

In the bedroom with a window, you’ll find a large closet, a full-length mirror, and a large, comfortable double bed (2 × 80 × 200 cm). Another TV and a safe are located inside the closet.

On the terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the lake, which begins right behind the sunbathing area with its communal charcoal grill. You’ll be well protected in the beach chair, even on windy days. A beach umbrella, lounge chairs, a table, chairs, and matching cushions round out the amenities.

All of our accommodations are non-smoking. You’re welcome to smoke on the terrace. We ask that you keep the patio door closed while doing so.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment. Please feel free to ask us about alternatives.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the “Non-binding Inquiry” feature. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

The three-story apartment building is located on Steinwarder, beautifully surrounded by the Binnensee and the Baltic Sea.

This quiet building offers individually designed and furnished studios and apartments ranging from 19 to 76 square meters for 2–4 guests. Each apartment features a direct lake view from the balcony or terrace, which faces south for plenty of sunshine.
A bright stairwell leads to the enclosed pergolas on each floor. The ground-floor apartments are accessed via private entrances at the rear of the building.

The property offers direct access to Heiligenhafen’s inland lake. Whether you’re using a SUP, an air mattress, or a surfboard—you can head straight out onto the water from the sunbathing lawn.
A fire pit, benches, and a small dock are also available for guests’ use.
You can park your bicycles in the covered, designated area behind the house.

Each apartment has an assigned parking space on the property or in the parking lot across the street.

The marina and downtown are just a leisurely stroll away along the inland lake promenade.
