The place was very clean and larger than we expected. We especially enjoyed the view of the lake. The gas fireplaces in several rooms were a nice addition because it was chilly when we arrived. I felt if there was anything we needed the host was very accessible. We enjoyed our visit and will come again.

Accommodations exceeded our expectations for our family weekend. Clean, comfortable , and spacious to accommodate our party attending the weekend marathon. Only negative was the bedroom and bathroom doors all squeaked which made it hard for the early risers to allow later ones to rest longer. Nothing a little door hinge lubrication wouldn’t fix. Thanks for the family memories you helped us create!!!!

Clean , spacious, lots of bath towels . Could have used more than 1 dish towel and wash rag . A few of the cooking utensils were put away dirty . Very minor things . Beautifully decorated & comfortable . Literally had everything we needed. The hiking books were a nice touch & the game on the wall was enjoyed . Hot tub was down when we were there that was disappointing but not the owners fault . We enjoyed the whirlpool tub in our room instead .

Jennifer, thank you so much for this thoughtful review! I love knowing the hiking books and wall game were actually enjoyed, those little details make us so happy. I’m sorry a few kitchen items were missed and that there weren’t enough extra towels available. Those details still matter, and we’ll make sure they receive closer attention. I know the hot tub being unavailable was disappointing, but I’m glad the whirlpool tub gave you another way to relax. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love to welcome you back! - Paula, Heirloom Vacations

Everything was wonderful except that the hot tub was out of order the whole time we were there. Nothing the owner could have done about that though since it's a building amenity. Would definitely come back!

Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review, Andrew! I'm so glad you had such a great stay. We really appreciate your understanding about the hot tub being unavailable, as building amenities can occasionally require unexpected maintenance that's outside of our control. It means a lot to hear you'd come back, and we'd love the opportunity to host you again for another visit! - Paula, Heirloom Vacations
