We offer comfortably furnished vacation apartments of various sizes, some with fantastic views of the lighthouse, the sea, or the marina. Dear guests, welcome to the Promenadenhaus Berringer! We offer you a cozily furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Aal” vacation apartment, situated in a prime beachfront location with a view of Georginenplatz, measures approximately 50 square meters and is located on the mezzanine level. It comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people (non-smokers). The 3-room apartment features a bathroom with a shower (walk-in shower) and a hair dryer, a large living room (with a large TV and DVD player, plus free Wi-Fi), one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds—each equipped with a TV. The apartment is equipped with an exclusive built-in kitchen that includes a washing machine.
You can easily reach your apartment via the building’s elevator.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).

The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

Bakeries, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
