Coral Coast Beach House w Pool

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the layout of the home worked well for your family and that you enjoyed the pool table. We’re sorry that certain aspects of the property did not meet expectations. When these concerns were brought to our attention during your stay, our team made every effort to address and resolve the issues reported to us, including the concern regarding the odor in the upstairs bedroom. We always encourage guests to notify us of any issues as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to correct them during the stay. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the cleanliness of the dishes and cookware and have addressed this with our housekeeping team. The community pool is a shared amenity that is maintained by the HOA rather than our company, but we will certainly pass along the cleanliness concern to the appropriate party. We appreciate your feedback and will continue using it to improve the experience we provide our guests!

Thank you for the kind words. We are so glad our place was a comfortable fit for your families. We hope to host you again sometime.
