Very nice apartment for 6 people with good location

The Edelweiss Apartment is situated in a magnificent location, high up in Königsleiten, about 50 meters from the village train station. This luxurious apartment, which is entirely on the first floor, is very tastefully furnished with natural materials and plenty of wood. You enter the apartment through the spacious entryway, which features ample storage space and a safe. On either side of the hallway are two luxurious bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed (180x200); one of the bedrooms also has a bunk bed (90x200). The other bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a (rain) shower, sink, and toilet. The second bathroom features a luxurious walk-in (rain) shower with double sinks. The apartment also has a separate toilet. The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, microwave, four-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, and electric kettle. The living room has a traditional Austrian dining area and comfortable seating. Both the living room and both bedrooms feature a Smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite channels via Chromecast. Through the large windows in the living room and both bedrooms, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the “Gerlosplatte” and look directly out onto the beautiful natural surroundings. The south-facing terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the view and the sun. As the icing on the cake, you can use (free of charge) the indoor wellness area of the apartment complex, which is directly adjacent to the apartment. You can also enjoy the swimming pool (for a fee) or the luxurious spa at the neighboring hotel. There is space for one car in the parking garage (free of charge), and you can access the heated ski storage room through the complex’s front desk. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The complex has an elevator. The apartment is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. The washer and dryer are for shared use; you can use them for a fee.
