Welcome to Schutz, located in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Vulkaneifel Nature Park, just a few kilometers from the Eifelsteig trail. The vacation apartments are new and comfortably furnished, and are idyllically situated on the edge of the village and the forest. They are 100 meters from the stream. They are located directly on the Kosmos Bike Trail, which runs from Meerfeld to Daun (Maare-Mosel Bike Trail), and on the Drei-Gewässer Hiking Trail. The Burberg, with the remains of a Roman fortification, invites you to explore. Just a few kilometers away, you’ll find the “Eyes of the Eifel”: the Windsborn, Meerfelder, Gemündener, Toten, Schalkenmehrener, and Gillenfelder maars. You’ll also find the Wallenborner Brubbel.
To relax, you have access to two furnished terraces and a large lawn for sunbathing.
VACATION APARTMENT 1 (35 sqm) features a combined living and sleeping area and is furnished with a double bed from which you can see the TV directly. Comfortable leather armchairs and a dining table invite you to linger. The apartment has a separate kitchen and bathroom. It is wheelchair-accessible (ground-level entry, grab bars). Access to the terrace is also at ground level.
VACATION APARTMENT 2 (55 sqm) features a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, an adjoining kitchen, and a dining area, as well as two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with single beds—and a bathroom.
The kitchens are equipped with a 4-burner cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Both apartments have satellite TV and a radio.
A crib, high chair, and changing pad are available. Children up to 4 years old stay for free.
Electricity, water, heat, bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi are included.

Starting in June 2026, the municipal association will charge a guest fee of €2.10 for guests aged 18 and older.
Business-related bookings, as well as guests with a disability of 50% or more and their accompanying person, are exempt from this fee.
In return, you will receive a guest card offering various discounts.
