The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, and a dining table for 6. There are three bedrooms: one with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and two with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), all with wardrobes. Two daylight bathrooms feature modern amenities, one with a shower and bathtub, and the other with a shower. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement for communal use, available for a fee. A parking space is provided directly at the house. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee.
