It is separated from the promenade and the beach only by a green space behind the building. An elevator provides convenient access to the approximately 62-square-meter apartment on the 4th floor, which accommodates up to 4 people.

Whether you’re in the dining room, the living room, or on the balcony, the fantastic, unobstructed ocean view will delight you. The layout of this light-filled apartment is clearly structured and offers both plenty of space for spending time together and opportunities for privacy. Through the hallway, which features a coat rack and a closet, you’ll enter a separate, fully equipped, and bright kitchen. From the hallway, you’ll also reach the dining area, which seats 4 people and offers a magnificent view of the sea.
The living room is furnished with a couch, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV.
From there, you can step out onto the partially covered balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the beach and the sea with a glass of fine wine. The balcony is furnished and features an awning.
From the living room, you can access the brightly tiled shower room. It features a built-in closet with ample storage space, a large lighted mirror above the sink, and a heated towel rack. Opposite the bathroom is a practical storage room where, in addition to a few items such as a clothes rack and an ironing board, you can also store your luggage
The bedroom is furnished with an upholstered bed (160x200) and nightstands. The window has a pleated blind and an exterior venetian blind.
The second sleeping area is located in front of the dining area. Here, you can easily convert the sofa bed into a comfortable place to sleep in just a few simple steps.
Of course, there is a reserved parking space for you.
Bicycles can also be stored safely. The shared laundry room inside the building, equipped with a washer and dryer, is available to all guests. There is also a sauna (coin-operated), a shared garden, and a fitness room for general use.
